As you may have noticed we are pretty big fans of all things beer related here at Ultra5280. So what exactly is Sesh Fest?

We can’t find a real definition for session beers, but we here at Sesh Fest define them as any beer under 5% ABV with a balance of flavor between hops and malt and a clean, crisp finish all combine to give a beer high drinkability. The real purpose of session beers is to allow all the beer lovers out there (we know there are a ton of us!) to enjoy multiple flavorful beers in one sitting without feeling the overwhelming effects of alcohol.

We've got an afternoon full of fun. Joining us on the 1's and 2's will be DeeJay Mac... a real deal disc jockey spinning only the finest wax. Old school. Country and rock 'n' roll. Old School, ya dig?

Rounding out the afternoon will be Josh Moorehead & The GuestList -- one of Denver's hottest acts as of late. We couldn't be more excited about this one folks...

There will be lawn games. There will be food trucks, and of course, there will be plenty of delicious beer under 5% -- perfect for a 90 degree day.

We found this new trend in brewing fantastic, and of course, our friends at the Colorado Brewers Guild did as well. So, naturally, we teamed up with them to bring you Sesh Fest last year! This year we return for summer’s best beer event held at the Sculpture Park on August 1. With Denver’s most delicious food trucks, art, lawn games, and music to complement the Colorado craft beer, Sesh Fest was the perfect way to celebrate both Colorado’s local breweries and the joys of summer.
