For those looking to skip the contrived candlelight dinners, The Post’s comforting Valentine’s Day menu is just the thing. Boulder offers a three-course Valentine’s Day menu of $45 per person, but all dishes including their beef wellington and chocolate pot de crème are served a la carte. Lafayette’s multi-course menu is priced at $50 per person, also serving a la carte dishes featuring lobster bisque and house-made pasta. The Post’s Rosedale location is $45 per person for their three-course menu and also serves shrimp and pork belly gumbo and braised short rib a la carte. As for their Longmont location, they will be sharing the love with a three-course dinner for two including a fried chicken platter and dark chocolate mousse.
